Founded more than 30 years ago, ACCUMASTER specializes in sanding solutions and professional services. All machine structures have always been made of thick steel for high stability, which is vital to ensure that operation and workpiece precision are precise. Sanding belts are automatically monitored with an electric eye control system, and belt replacement is easier and faster than ever. Rollers are made of high-grade steel and rubber coated. The use of drums is also applicable. Used with panels, finger jointed board and solid wood, heavy material removal is possible as is super fine processing. ACCUMASTER is dedicated to providing ultimate performance and perfect sanding quality.
SPIRAL CUTTERHEAD
- The precision machined spiral cutterhead is mounted in front of sander head.
- It gives heavy duty planning capacity, low noise running and extremely fine surface of cut.
- The spiral cutterhead is fitted with tungstein carbide knife inserts, permitting for use on four edges.Frequent knife sharpening is elimited.

MICROCOMPUTER CONTROL
The thickness of sanding is set by microcomputer control for fast and accurate adjusrment.
ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS
In front of the helical cutter is an anti-kickback device to avoid the risk of timber rebound.
Automatic control of conveyor track:
Pneumatic conveyor track is under automatic control at all times to ensure normal and smooth feeding.
AUTOMATIC TRACKING CONTROL OF CONVEYOR BELT
Employs pneumatic system for automatic control of conveyor belt running track, that ensures normal track alignment at all times.
COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY GUARDS
- Emergency stop switch.
- Body activated emergency stop bar.
- Sanding belt tracking limit control.
- Automatic machine stop in event of power failure.
- Contact drum does not run in case of loose tension of the sanding belt
AUTOMATIC BRAKE
Employs a disc type braking system. In case of insufficient air or power failure, the machine halts instantly for safety.
