SANDING BELT
The sanding belt track is controlled by photoelectric sensor. Easy and fast to replace the sanding belt.
CONTACT DRUM
The contact drum is precision machined from high quality steel and is covered with heavy-duty rubber. Standard rubber hardness is 85°(or 65°).Other rubber hardness 15°~90° is available upon request. Steel contact drum on first head is available when requested.
AOTOMATIC BRAKE
The air disc brake will stop the machine when emergency stop switch or limit switch is touched. The machine will stop automatically in case of power failure.
CONVENIENT OPERATION
All operation controls are centralized on a control panel , providing convenience of operational control.
C-TYPE CONTACT DRUM HEAD
The contact drum sanding head is used primarily for heavy sanding and size sanding by using 40~80 grit belt. Also ideal for intermediate finishing by using 100~150 grit belt. Amultiple head sander is usually equipped with contact drum at first and second head.
MACHINE CONSTRUCTION
The machine frame is manufactured of heavy gauge steel plate , featuring maximum stability without deformation.
PRESSURE ROLLER / PRESSURE SHOE
The adjustable pressure roller and pressure shoe are mounted at infeed and outfeed end of the machine ensuring extremely smooth feeding.
THICKNESS SCALE
The thickness scale accurately indicates thickness sdjustment.

P-TYPE COMBINATION HEAD
The combination head employs a single sanding belt to contain a flat platen and a contact drum. It provides 3 operation modes.
- a：Sanding with Drum Only: Suitable for general surface sanding applications.
- b：Sanding with Platen Only: Suitable for finish sanding.
- c：Sanding with Combination of Drum and Platen: When applying a 180~240 grit belt, fine finishing can be done in one pass.
